General Troubleshooting

Common Problem #1 - Failed to connect to server

This is typically caused by not running our Valiant Patcher. First thing first after installing the game should always be running the Valiant Patcher.

Common Problem #2 - Gepard Shield finished loading but the client doesn't showw up

This happens often when you haven't use Setup.exe to set your Graphic Card and Resolution correctly. Opening Setup.exe, changing the Graphic Card and Resolution Options may often result positive outcome.

The installer is self-extracting, meaning you will not need any third-party software to complete your installation. Simply run the installer and select the location you wish to install the files.
